1.            Your credit card will be charged once only for the amount indicated on The Lottery Manual Website (www.lotterymanual.com) by LRC Research & Development Corporation.  For online purchases, there are no additional charges.  The charge will appear on your credit card as “LRC Research.”

2.            For Fax and Mail Order purchases only, a shipping and handling charge will be added in accordance with the amounts indicated on the Mail/Fax Order Form based on your choice of mailing options.

3.            The material contained in The Lottery Manual is copyrighted.  You understand that you may print a single copy for your own use but The Lottery Manual may not otherwise be copied or distributed in whole or in part without express prior written permission from LRC Research & Development Corporation.

4.            The Lottery Manual is sold as a downloaded softgoods product.  As such, it cannot be "returned" in the normal sense of the word. All sales are therefore made on a “No Exchange, No Refund” basis.

5.            You are entitled to free customer support as outlined and in accordance with the terms published on The Lottery Manual Website for a period of up to one year from the date of your original purchase.

6.            You confirm that (for credit card purchases) you have sufficient credit availability to make this purchase.
